   Welcome to Tess Vintage Finds! These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the website www.tessvintage.nl and all orders placed via our webshop. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. We recommend that you read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

   "Tess Vintage Finds," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the owner of the webshop, located in the Netherlands.
   “Customer,” “user,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person visiting the website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services.

3. Product information
   We strive to provide accurate product information, including images, descriptions and prices. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free and complete. Any errors or mistakes in the product information are not binding and cannot give rise to compensation or liability.

4. Orders
   4.1. Ordering process: To place an order, you must follow the instructions on our website. Please ensure that all required information is entered correctly and completely. By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to carry out such transactions.
   4.2. Order confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, but merely confirms that we have received your order. 4.3. Order acceptance: Acceptance of your order will take place once we have received payment and processed your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other irregularities.
   4.4. Cancellation by the customer: If you wish to cancel a placed order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request, but cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed or shipped.

5. Payment
   5.1. Price and currency: All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
   5.2. Payment methods: We accept various payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards and electronic transfers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment information provided.
   5.3. Payment Confirmation: Once your payment has been received and processed, we will send you a payment confirmation by email.

6. Shipping and delivery
   6.1. Shipping information: We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible to the delivery address you specified. Estimated delivery times depend on destination and may vary.
   6.2. Shipping costs: The shipping costs are stated separately during the ordering process and depend on the destination and the size/weight of the order.
   6.3. Transfer of risk: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you at the time of delivery. Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us in case of any problems.
   6.4. International Shipping: Customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders. Any additional costs are borne by the customer.

7. Returns Policy 7.1.
   Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving the order to arrange a return.
   7.2. Conditions for returns: The returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The costs and risk of return shipment are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
   7.3. Refund: After receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible via the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

8. Intellectual property All intellectual property rights relating to our website and products, including but not limited to brands, logos, images and text, are owned by Tess Vintage Finds. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use these materials without our express written permission.

9. Privacy Policy Our privacy policy describes how we handle the personal data of our customers. By using our website and services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
