Article 1 - Definitions
1. Revocation: The return or return of a product.

Article 3 - Collection
1. All items are pre-owned and show signs of wear, ranging from minimal to clearly visible. The condition of each product is clearly stated in the description.
2. The product descriptions are as accurate as possible and contain detailed photos. Any signs of use are clearly shown in the photos. Please contact us if the product does not meet your expectations.

Article 4 - Sale
1. The sale is effective once payment for a product has been received.
2. At Tess Vintage, payments in the store are safe and data is not shared. Payments can be made via the webshop using iDEAL, among other things.
3. Upon delivery or collection, information will be provided about contact options for questions or returns.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
Products purchased online can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition. For purchases in store, a credit note applies for returns. More information about the right of withdrawal is available.

Article 6 - Obligations of the consumer during the cooling-off period after online purchase
1. You are allowed to try out the product, but please handle the product with care.
2. If the product has been used in such a way that it is no longer in its original condition, the refund may be refused in whole or in part.

Article 7 - Exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer and costs thereof
Returning a product: take it back to the showroom yourself.

Article 8 - The price
1. The price shown in the showroom is the same price as the webshop.
2. Delivery/shipping costs are not included in the price.

Delivery throughout Europe, in consultation. Contact us for costs. Pick up in the showroom is free.

4. In the showroom you can pay by debit card or cash.

Article 9 - Compliance with the agreement
1. All products offered are vintage or second-hand. They are not new, but still suitable for a second life.

Article 10 - Warranty
1. No warranty is given on the products. In case of problems within a reasonable period after purchase, a solution will be sought together.

Article 11 - Complaints procedure
1. If you have a complaint, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution.
2. Send an email with a clear description of the problem.
3. You will receive a response with a solution or a time indication for the solution within 5 working days.
4. If we have not found a solution after 4 weeks, the complaint can be submitted to a disputes committee.

Article 12 - Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Article 13 - Additional or deviating provisions
1. All photos are property of Tess Vintage and may be used and duplicated provided the name Tess Vintage is mentioned.
